DP Info has been part of Experian for over a decade and we will now present ourselves as a single brand across data and analytics. DP Info has been rebranded to Experian from 18 May 2019.

Our customers now have more access to the globally leading capabilities of Experian and an increased range of solutions across our Credit Services and Decision Analytics offerings. Experian is recognised by Forbes as one of the world’s most innovative companies over the last 5 years. Supported by global investment in our X Labs – Experian’s innovation ecosystem - in Singapore, we have introduced a range of new market-leading products and solutions focusing on leveraging alternative data and new technologies to deliver insights to consumers and organisations.

  • We will operate under one brand - DP Info brand will operate as Experian. You will see our brand being progressively updated on platforms and in all communications. This includes the updating of DP Info’s website, logos, marketing collaterals, products and services.
  • An exception – our SME Advisory services. Our corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll and tax services is rebranded to DP SME Advisory to provide more clarity to the service offering, and remain as part of the Experian family of brands. You can now find DP SME Advisory at www.dpsmeadvisory.com.sg
  • Updates to our legal entity names – but our Unique Entity Numbers (UEN) remains unchanged.

Why has DP Info rebranded to Experian?

As a trusted provider of Credit and Business Information Services in Singapore, we have been part of Experian for over a decade. During this time, our teams have been progressively integrated and working more seamlessly together.

We are evolving our business to better partner our clients for success. With DP Info’s history as a leading provider of Credit and Business Information and Experian’s globally recognised capabilities in the provision of analytics and insights with a track record in innovation, we are ideally placed to support our clients and partners in this dynamic and changing market.

 

What impact will the rebrand have on DP Info customers?

Operationally, nothing has changed for DP Info customers. Our logo has changed from DP Info to Experian across our websites, marketing collaterals, products and services. We have also changed our legal entity name from DP Information Network Pte Ltd to Experian Credit Services Singapore Pte Ltd (effective from 18 May 2019) and have informed administrators, bill-to and finance contacts within our customer and supplier accounts to update their finance and payment systems.

 

I am a current user of QuestNet. What is the impact of this change?

Operationally, there is no changes to the way you access or operate via our leading business information and services portal, QuestNet. You will see an update of our logo and entity name within our reports.

 

What are the benefits of the rebrand to DP Info customers?

There are a host of benefits to DP Info customers as a result of the rebrand. Our customers now have access to the globally leading capabilities of Experian and an increased range of services across Credit Services and Decisioning and Analytics.

We have been recognised by Forbes as one of the world’s most innovative companies over the last 5 years. Leveraging Experian’s global investment in its DataLabs in Singapore, we have introduced a range of new market-leading solutions such as the SME Network Score, SME Digital Onboarding and Alternative Consumer Grade.

 

Has DP Info’s logo and branding changed?

Yes, DP Info’s branding has changed to Experian from 18 May 2019. This includes DP Info’s website, all marketing collaterals, logos, products and services.

However, our SME Advisory services is the exception, and DP SME Advisory remains as part of the Experian family of brands. Known for offering corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll and tax services, we have rebranded this business with a new logo – DP SME Advisory – to deliver better clarity to the solution offering to customers. Our centre at International Plaza operates as usual, with no disruption to the services we provide customers.

 

When and how did the rebrand occur?

From 18 May 2019, the rebrand from DP Info to Experian was completed. Key milestones during this period include:

  • DP Info logo is progressively rebranded to Experian. The company’s website, all its marketing collateral, logos, products and services is being rebranded to Experian.
  • DP Info website has changed from dpgroup.com.sg to experian.com.sg/credit-information-services
  • DP Info staff email addresses has changed from @dpgroup.com.sg to @experian.com email domains.
  • All other staff contact details remain the same (i.e. contact telephone and facsimile numbers, as well as office locations).
  • Staff will now refer to DP Info as Experian in all their communications with customers and relevant stakeholders. With the only exception for staff at our SME Advisory services business, which will be DP SME Advisory.
