Harley Giles

Harley is responsible for managing technical, data analyst and product development teams, as well as the acquisition and management of all Experian Hitwise data sources and our product development strategy across existing and emerging Experian Hitwise markets and international expansion. In this role Harley is ultimately responsible for planning, directing and managing the performance of the company's R&D, Operations, product development, QA and data operations so as to maintain and develop Experian Hitwise's growth. Prior to working with Experian Hitwise, Harley held critical positions in Marketing Departments of various online properties.

Harley has a thorough understanding of the Access Provider (ISP / Mobile) industry worldwide from both commercial and technical perspectives and over the his career at Experian Hitwise, has been a key driver of the development of Experian Hitwise's data assets and data collection technologies. He is also currently Experian Hitwise's privacy officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations.
